Measuring for a waistband that sits low
Both pairs are cut to sit below the navel, so the waistband crosses your hip bones rather than your waist. A crop top or a baby tee shows that line, while a long tee hides it. The baggy pair is a cotton, polyester and rayon blend with a wide leg and a 30 inch inseam. Hold that number against the inseam of a pair you already like before you order. The flare is 75 percent cotton with a touch of spandex. It fits close to the thigh and opens below the knee, which looks best over a boot or a platform.
